We only accept returns of alpaca made products within the 3 days from the day you receive your order.
We do not accept returns on all "Curated Collections" purchases.
For all other non-alpaca made products, returns are accepted within 30 days of being received.

To be eligible for a return, we only accept unused, unworn, unwashed. If items are with signs of makeup, deodorant perfume, or stains will be subject to refusal.

• Product must be returned in its original packaging
• Product isn't used or damaged.
• Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
• WE WILL NOT REFUND A PRODUCT IF IT DOESN'T MEET THESE CONDITIONS
• CUSTOMER PAYS FOR THE SHIPPING COSTS IN CASE OF A RETURN.
• Items on sale aren't eligible for refunds or exchanged.
• Customers can not exchange the product with a new one.
• Customers have to contact us before returning a product.
• REFUNDS ARE ISSUED TO YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD.
• Shipping insurance is recommended we will not be responsible for missing, damaged or lost items.
